1: Measure from the neck to the top of the head and double. Take a little extra (3-4cm) and cut. Fold in half and make a hole 5-6cm up and 2-3cm in.
2: Pull over head with the face coming through the hole. Make a complete twist in the remaining bandage and repeat with second layer.
3: The head bandage is now completed and the dressing held securely in position.
1: Take a piece of body size Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage and measure from the top of the shoulder to the waist. Cut holes about l0cm down, and 4-5cm in at either side.
2: Pull the Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage into position to provide a vest. This application is ideal to hold dressings on the breast or back.
1: The body size Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage is applied as in the previous application. Take a piece of arm size Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage and roll it onto the arm.
2: Make a cut underneath and on top of the arm to provide two tails in the arm piece. Make holes in the back and front of the vest to secure the tails.
1: Measure from the metacarpals (base of the fingers) to just beyond the wrist, double and cut. Cut 2 holes about 5cm from the fold.
2: Pull Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage onto hand and wrist with the thumb and little finger coming through the holes provided.
3: Fold over the remaining bandage, with the thumb and little finger coming through the remaining holes. The bandage and dressing are now secure.
1: Measure a piece of trunk size Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage from the waist to the thigh and cut a hole approximately 15cm down.
2: Pass the Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage over the affected leg and pass the other leg through the cut hole.
3: The Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage will now hold a dressing securely in position on the hip region.
1: Measure from the waist to the mid thigh and cut a hole half way through the Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage approximately 15cm up.
2: Pull up the Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage, with both legs coming through the hole, and the remaining tail at the back.
3: Bring the tail between the legs and make holes in the body piece. Pass the two ends of the tail pieces through the holes and tie these, securing the perineal dressing in place.

I have eczema inside my ear's. Does anyone have any suggestion's to eleviate this problem?

Take a length of Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage and tie a knot in one end. Holding the knot, scoop an amount of Epaderm into the middle of the bandage. Then tie another knot in the other end. The emollient will then soak through the bandage and act as a soap.
