get a good sun tan lotion, for sensitive skin, lots of cotton cool clothes, use emmolients and moisturisers to calm your skin down after the sun.make sure you wash sand off your skin as this can irritate, take some of your steroid creams on holiday with you; the sunshine often helps eczema!
